By checking the registration boxes, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The Company claims 0% equity, 0% Intellectual Property ownership, and 0% royalty rights on any software code, database schemas, pitch decks, or mockups built by students during the 6-week cohort. All student-created assets remain 100% owned by the student.
All Scout and Partner payouts are processed on a Single-Tier performance basis. No multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid commission splits are authorized or tolerated under this platform.
